Last updated: 26 October 2026
This notice concerns visits to the Studio Legale Celentano website and enquiries made using its published contact details, pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
Data controller
The controller is avv. Francesco Celentano, whose office is at Via Stefano De Stefano 23, 71121 Foggia, Italy. For information or to exercise your data protection rights, email f.celentano@studiolegalecelentano.com; certified email (PEC): celentano.francesco@avvocatifoggia.legalmail.it.
Browsing data
When you visit, the systems serving the website receive technical data such as your IP address, the date and time of the request, the requested resource and browser information. These data are used to deliver the website, maintain security and prevent abuse. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in operating the website securely, under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Technical data required for the connection are necessary to view the pages.
Contact and enquiries
The website does not directly host data collection forms or a registration area. The Contact me button opens an external Google Form. The Book a call button opens the external Google Calendar service. If you contact me by email, certified email, telephone or WhatsApp, I will process the contact details and information you provide to respond to and handle your enquiry. The legal basis is taking pre-contractual steps at your request or performing an engagement, where applicable (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), as well as any legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)). Providing information is voluntary; without the necessary data, I may be unable to respond.
For an initial enquiry, a brief description is sufficient. Health data, judicial information and information relating to a professional engagement require the specific legal conditions and a dedicated notice, where applicable.
Google contact form and attachments
The Contact me button opens Google Forms, managed through the practice’s Google Workspace account. It requests your name, contact email and message; your telephone number and up to 5 attachments (documents, PDFs or images, maximum 10 MB each) are optional. Google sign-in is required. Google records the account name, email address and profile photo when files are uploaded and the form is submitted. Responses and attachments are stored in the owner’s Google Drive and are not published on this website or made available as a public response summary. The owner receives email notifications of new responses.
These data are used to respond to your enquiry and take steps at your request before a possible engagement (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), subject to applicable legal obligations. Do not send health records, judicial documents or third-party personal data for an initial enquiry; first agree an appropriate channel and the applicable information with the practice. Submitting the form does not create a professional engagement and is unsuitable for urgent matters or deadlines. Providing data is voluntary; the required fields are necessary to submit. Retention and rights are described below. Google processes service data under its applicable terms and privacy policy.
Telephone call bookings
The Book a call button opens a Google Calendar page to schedule a 15-minute telephone call. The form requires your first name, surname, email address and telephone number. I use these data and the selected time to manage the booking, send organisational communications and call you back. The legal basis is taking pre-contractual steps at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Booking is voluntary; the mandatory fields are necessary to complete it. Do not enter health data or documents in the form. Google processes data required for the service under its applicable terms and privacy policy. Enquiry retention criteria are explained below.
Google Analytics statistics
Only with your consent, this website loads Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) to measure visits, viewed pages, traffic sources and clicks on the WhatsApp, Book a call and Contact me buttons. The legal basis is consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Before consent, and if you refuse, the Google tag is not loaded and sends no data to Google. Refusal does not restrict browsing.
Google Signals, advertising personalisation and additional automatic measurements are disabled. No names, telephone numbers, email addresses, booking details or enquiry contents are sent to Google Analytics. Page addresses exclude query parameters and fragments; only the referring website’s domain is sent. The analytics cookies _ga and _ga_4FTRW9GTDS, used to distinguish browsers and sessions, are set to last no more than 60 days without automatic renewal on each visit. User-level and event-level data retention in the Analytics property is set to 2 months; aggregated reports may be retained longer.
Your choice is remembered in this browser using the technical entry slc-consent-v1 for up to 180 days. You can change it or withdraw consent through Manage preferences in the footer. Withdrawal stops further collection and removes analytics cookies accessible to this website, without affecting the lawfulness of previous processing. Google may process data outside the EEA under the safeguards applicable to its service. See the Google Privacy Policy and Analytics data protection information.
Cookies and website security
The website does not incorporate advertising tools or social pixels. Optional Google Analytics statistics are described above. The hosting infrastructure uses technical tools for security and protection against automated access.
Prior consent is not required for strictly technical tools. You can manage or delete cookies in your browser settings; blocking them may interfere with security checks and access. Optional analytics are activated only after consent, as described above.
Links to external services
Maps, Google reviews, social networks and WhatsApp are external links, not embedded content. Following them takes you to the respective providers’ services, which process data under their own notices. Email and telephone links open the application configured on your device. Data you communicate through these services are also subject to their terms.
Providers, retention and transfers
The website is published through OpenAI’s ChatGPT Sites, using Cloudflare infrastructure. Technical providers may process data needed to deliver, secure and maintain the service. Data may also be processed by the providers of the communication channels you choose and by authorised persons or authorities as required by law. The practice does not sell visitor data.
Enquiries are retained for the time needed to handle them and, where relevant to an engagement, to meet professional and legal obligations or protect a legal right. Retention of technical hosting data depends on provider policies: the specific log retention period is not currently confirmed. The stated cookie durations are distinct from log retention.
Providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Processing locations and applicable safeguards depend on the service and current contractual terms; this page does not certify exclusively European data storage. Consult the OpenAI Privacy Policy and Cloudflare Privacy Policy. You may contact the controller for further information about website-related processing.
Your rights
Where provided for by the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact the controller using the details above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority. The practice does not use the website for automated decisions or visitor profiling.
